We are set up and tested
We arrive well ahead of your start time, build the booth, position the lighting and backdrop, run test prints and check the template on real paper — not on a screen.
How it works
Most of what goes wrong with event suppliers goes wrong before the event. This is the whole process, written down, so you know what we need from you and when.
Date, venue, roughly how many guests and how long you want the booth running. If you are not sure on hours, say so — we will advise.
A quote for your specific event, plus the full price list for every package and duration so you can compare properly.
The quote becomes an invoice. A 50% deposit holds your date. The balance is due seven days before.
Your template gets designed and approved, and we visit the venue to settle position, power and access.
On the night
We arrive well ahead of your start time, build the booth, position the lighting and backdrop, run test prints and check the template on real paper — not on a screen.
Guests step in, see themselves live on the touchscreen, and the camera counts them down. The print starts immediately and is in their hand, dry, about twelve seconds later.
Every package comes with a trained hostess at the booth — two of them on Interactive Unlimited — posing groups, handing out props, keeping the queue moving and reprinting so nobody in a group photo misses out.
Backup equipment travels with us in a second vehicle and our dedicated technical team is reachable throughout your event. A failed printer should cost you a few minutes, not your photo booth.
Quietly, out of the way of your guests, and we leave the space as we found it.
Every photo from the event lands on a private cloud gallery. You get a link to view and download the full set, available for two years.
What the venue needs
None of this is difficult, but all of it is much easier to solve weeks out than on the evening itself. It is exactly why we insist on a site visit before every booking.
3 × 3 metres minimum. 5 × 5 metres is comfortable and leaves room for a queue that does not block your venue.
A 13 A socket — UK or French — within 20 metres of the booth.
Indoors, or a professional tent anchored and closed on at least three sides, with insulated ground.
If parking is more than 50 metres from the setup point, tell us in advance so we can arrange help.
A corner works best. Guests are not walking through the shot and the queue has somewhere to go.
